It's interesting to know the vitamin contents of sushi. Yes I agree it's very healthy. Recently there was a BBC report that Japan has living the largest number of people over 100!
HI, quite an interesting topic.
I just wonder how sushi, which is one of my favourite food, is becoming so popular around the world. Speaking of how healthy it is, i agree on that sushi is healty food but I heard that some sushis being sold outside are unsanitary, meaning dirty and unhealthy like many of other food outside.. anyway, i'm still eating them coz it's dilicious. I hope some Korean food will become very popular like sushi.
